Out of nowhere, the spirits and guides asked me a profound question
Would I choose my life again with all its experiences? I answered immediately, without any hesitation.
It's all about embracing every moment, both joyful and painful, and being truly present. Everything we experience gives insight into how we can live a life that aligns with our true purpose.

What about you? Would you say a wholehearted yes?

A Question from the Spirits

So welcome. Today, me, the spirits, the guides and the counselors are going to talk about the life that we chose before we came into this world.

Actually, today I was working and then all of a sudden the spirits, the guides and the counselors asked me a question. Which is very rare, because normally I ask them questions, or they show me things, but now they, they ask me questions.

And it was very nice, because I was of guard, so I didn't expect it. They asked me, they said, would you choose this life again, with everything? This life, would you choose it again, if you had the choice? And I just heard myself say, yes, with everything. Upon it, no exception.

Reflecting on Life Choices

And I even had to laugh about it because it just came out like, yes, this very strong, uh, convinced answer that I want to live this life, I have chosen this life, and I still believe that this is the life that I need to live, even that I don't find it easy.

And if I look back of all the things that happened, I think, yeah, it made me a certain way. And when I say that, I am grateful for who I am, for everything that has happened in my life. If you would say in the good or in the bad, but they happened, and they made me who I am today.

Gratitude for Life's Experiences

And then when I look at all those things, all those beautiful people that I have met, the ones that showed me great pleasure and joy, and also the ones that made me feel pain and sadness and anger.

When you just look at it and you sum it up. Then in a way, you cannot be something different than grateful. Hehehehe. You just feel that, wow, what a ride, you know? What a ride. And you don't know what is in store for what will come.

Living in the Present Moment

But what I know is that I am happy, deep down inside. And it's not about happiness.

Actually it is about, I know, and I want to live this life the way I thought of it. Before I even entered this world. Have you ever asked yourself if you would choose this life again, that you are living right now. Because it's not about becoming more big or beautiful or whatever you want. It's about truly being present.

Opening up to our consciousness in the heart. And knowing that everything is the way it should be. So everything has it's beginning and it's end. And most of us are just beginning. Somewhere on the timeline of our lives and to go back and decide that something else would be a better life I don't know. I like it the way it is.

Embracing All Experiences

Yeah, I even surprised myself when I say this Because there are many things that that I truly do not like and still I like it the way it is And perhaps I don't I don't I'm not talking about a life But how it feels inside of me And it feels that when we surrender to whatever is in our life, it does, and one day it's easier than the next day, don't, don't get me wrong.

But when we surrender to now, here, the presence, all is the way it should be. And from there, I will see where I will be lead, what comes next, what I need to do or what I need to let go. But it comes from a place that is, has in a way, strength. And knowledge and opportunity because we are all here to experience and I would not leave all those experiences, I would not use a razor just to, to get rid of them because some were painful.

No, I look at them, all of them, and there were so many beautiful people, so many beautiful experiences, but also so many not so nice people and not so very nice experiences. Each one of them showed me something which I could use to understand myself better and even the people around me.

Understanding the Bigger Picture

To understand the world, the cosmos, our place in the whole, me as a part of it. So it's a beautiful journey that we are on when we decide that this moment is where we need to be.

Next time, me, the spirits, the guides, and the counselors gonna talk about addictive behavior of negative thinking and Also an episode about harmony. For this day, it's very important that we understand both concepts Because when we have this addictive behavior of negative thinking, then harmony Get out of reach.

But they say we're gonna talk about that more in, in one of the next episodes. Before harmony, the timeline of harmony is lighting up, they say. And that is because more people feel the need, deep inside of them to follow a different road than they have done before. To do that, we need to understand How negative thinking, the behavior of negative thinking, influences our feeling of harmony.

Actually destroys our feeling of harmony. But more about that in our next episodes. In the meantime, if you're interested in having a session with me, the spirits, the guides, or the counselors, you can find us on nathalienevali.nl or on Instagram, in the heart of being. For now, I want to thank you all for listening, and see you next time.
